Aged and bottled on the farm, we use fresh bourbon barrels from our friends (and neighbors) at the Tobacco Barn Distillery to age 100% pure maple syrup sourced from the Great Brook Farm Sugar House Wapole, New Hampshire. The result is amazing with notes of butter, vanilla, and the aroma of bourbon.
